Ambassadors Club Service Project - Salt Lake County Senior Employment Program - Sandy Area Chamber of Commerce

The Sandy Area Chamber of Commerce Ambassadors Club worked with the Salt Lake County Aging and Adult Services Senior Employment Program for this year's service project. The Senior Employment program provides job training and placement for seniors as well as resume assistance, job search assistance and other job-related help. As committee chairman, Ambassador Candy Bachman championed the service project for the Sandy Chamber and coordinated with Kelly Roemer, Senior Employment Training Specialist within Aging and Adult Services. The Ambassadors put together basic necessities identified by the participants in the Senior Employment program.
